Board of Supervisors
Robb Klucik – A native of rural New York state, Mr. Klucik served as an Army Field Artillery officer after graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He then spent 5 years in corporate management. After graduating in the first class of Ave Maria School of Law in 2003 he sought to be re-commissioned as an Army JAG captain and served as a prosecutor in Germany and a command judge advocate for a combat aviation brigade task force in Afghanistan. He and his wife and 7 children were among the very first residents of Ave Maria in 2007. In 2009 he founded the Law Office of Robert L. Klucik Jr. PA in Ave Maria, which focuses on real estate, title insurance, estate planning and probate matters. He is a member of the Ave Maria Catholic Parish, a Knight of Columbus, Ave Maria Veterans, the publisher of AveMariaLiving.com, the past president of the West Point Society of Naples, and a past director of the Ave Maria School of Law alumni board. In 2020 he was appointed to serve a four-year term on the Collier County Planning Commission.
Jay Roth – Lifelong Florida resident, Jay Roth moved from Stuart, FL to Naples in 2004 as the Ave Maria community was rising from the tomato fields of eastern Collier County. A graduate of University of Florida (B.S.A.) and holder of Associate in Risk Management designation, Jay currently works as an Account Executive for Lutgert Insurance Ave Maria located in the town center. Jay also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Immokalee Chamber of Commerce. In addition to the myriad of outdoor activities available in our community, Jay enjoys spending time in, on, and under the waters of southwest Florida.
Thomas DiFlorio – A 22-year veteran of the Philadelphia Police Department, moved to Ave Maria in August 2009 with his wife and daughter. On November 02, 2010, he was the first resident elected to serve on the board of supervisors for the Ave Maria Stewardship Community District. Although retired from the Philadelphia Police Department, Mr. DiFlorio is volunteering his time as a Liaison with the Collier County Sherriff’s Office implementing the Community Volunteer Patrol program in Ave Maria and recruiting residents to participate in the program.
